To ensure compliance with
GDPR rules the club would make you aware that the only data we hold on our
members is their name, address, e-mail address, phone number and whether they
are employees of British Telecom or over the state pension age of 65 years.
This data is securely held
electronically by your secretary and membership secretary. Any member can have
this contact information deleted from the membership list at any time by
request. This data is deleted when a member leaves the club.
